This is the chronicles of the sandcastle I built with my lover, in its complexity, integrity, fragility. The Space where we could hide and live our relation, the protection to dream a place with no fear, no agression.
Coming from a village near Naples, an open homosexual relation it is constantly confronted to the fear. Opressed by the virile obbligation, we had to find our way to live our feelings. Photography has been a way to fix a mooving relation, but has been the primary statement to affirm our love and our need to be seen, and so accepted.
Starting in 2015 the project took the form of a book in 2019.
